FIRST FACTORY was established in 1987. All facilities were introduced from Japan, including four single-color printing machines, one Fuji double-color machine, one Fuji coating machine, and three Kataoka slitting machines. The production environment is of 300 thousand ¨Cgrade. The annual production capacity is 1500 MT aluminum blister foil.

SECOND FACTORY was established in 1994. All facilities were transferred from Japan, including one Fuji six-color printing machine, three Totani sachet-making machine, two Kataoka slitting machines, one Fuji laminating machine, and one Modern extruder. The production environment is of 300 thousand ¨Cgrade.
The annual production capacity is 1500 MT different kinds of aluminum laminated soft packaging material.

THIRD FACTORY was established in 2002. All facilities were transferred from world distinguished machine manufacturers, including one Ceruti (Italy) eight-color grav. printing machine, one Asoma(Germany) eight-color flex. printing machine, one Fuji(Japan) laminating machine, one Samitoto(Japan) co-extruder, two Aisa(Switzerland) tube-making machines, two Kampf(Germany) cutting machine, three Totani(Japan) sachet-making machines, and other necessary facilities for analysis and check-up. The production environment is of 100 thousand ¨Cgrade. The annual production capacity is 5000MT packaging material.

FOURTH FACTORY this project introduced three-layer co-extruder blower, injector, etc, totally 6 sets. The factory environment is of 10000-grade, some parts 100-grade, and all are strictly applied according to GMP standard. The annual production capacity is 8000 thousand square meters non-pvc film, and 30000 thousand sets of ports for medical solution pouch.
